Perhaps one of the most difficult habits to break is that of smoking cigarettes. Those that attempt to quit often have to try many times before they succeed in quitting their habit. While people smoke for many different reasons, any smoker has to figure out what method will help them personally quit smoking.

Old habits die hard, so perhaps the key to quitting smoking is to go from a soft pack to a harder pack; like electronic cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes are the newest innovation when it comes to new methods on how to quit smoking. They are made to simulate a real cigarette in shape and electronic cigarettes even go so far as to emit a "smoke" even though no tobacco is actually being burned.

When smoking electric cigarettes, a nicotine vapor is being inhaled, providing the smoker with the nicotine "rush" of a real cigarette, but is void of the normal harmful carcinogens and other chemicals that are inhaled when smoking real ones. Electronic cigarettes have a nicotine cartridge that holds liquid nicotine, thus being one of the reasons electronic cigarettes have proven to be so effective in helping people quit smoking. Unlike patches and gums, there is an immediate release of nicotine from the electric cigarettes.

One reason many people have a hard time trying to quit smoking is that they miss the physical act. "E-Cigarettes" do this and a little orange light even lights up when the smoker puffs on electronic cigarettes.

A wide variety of strengths are available in electronic cigarettes as well. Another reason to try and quit smoking with "e-cigarettes" is simply the costs. A set of five cartridges is about twenty dollars, which is equal to about 500 cigarettes. To buy the initial set of e cigarettes is around a hundred dollars, but savings will quickly accumulate, especially if you used to smoke a pack a day or more. Money can be big motivation when trying to quit smoking.

Many knock off e-cigarettes are now on the market, but can actually be harmful. It's worth checking out legitimate sites such as e-cigarette510.com if you want to try them to stop smoking.

If you're trying to quit smoking, there aren't many reasons not to at least try these. With non-smoking bans in restaurants and bars spreading across the country, e-cigarettes are quickly becoming popular....as well as making cigarette manufacturers hang their heads and cry.
